Funniest Moment in our Christmas Extravaganza!!!

My son Alec got D-Rex for Christmas and my niece Katelynn got a lifesize Barbie...The D-Rex is an animated Dinosaur that responds to commands but also has a series of movements and sounds that it makes that truly makes it seem soooo real. Well D-Rex got left on a chair next to Barbie....see what happened next...I think D-Rex got the GIRL!!! LOL

I know I have said it a million times...but I feel strongly about the fact that "Even the smallest thing can touch the life of another!" Profound that the things in everyday life, the things we think of mundane can affect another....we just don't know how...but it DOES! I am PASSIONATE about GIVING....from the heart....we have such a short time on this earth! Life is not about ME....it it is about others - so yes I am PASSIONATE about giving to others! I am PASSIONATE about this cause for a CURE! As a survivor and after losing my dear friend to ovarian cancer....I am PASSIONATE about raising awareness of this disease....and for raising money for research and for a CURE sometime in my lifetime! And finally I am PASSIONATE that I PURPOSE....and that purpose is to help you see your own purpose....so hoping these few days of PINK inspired you to be PASSIONATE about something....and to live PINK!

Now I have to share with you things that I adore that are PINK! I have to say pink is my favorite color so this wasn't a hard decision! In fact too many to choose from so I will highlight a few each day from my FAVS! So what pink things do I bring you today.....? Well they are all scrumptious pink delights! I am PASSIONATE about giving my family the freedom to GROW, LEARN and EXPERIENCE life. I am PASSIONATE about teaching my family about world views - that life exists beyond the walls of our home - that others need us and we are put here for a purpose to give back! I am PASSIONATE about the LEGACY I leave my FAMILY - through actions, traditions, words of encouragement and mostly through unconditional LOVE! I am PASSIONATE about FAMILY....Are you? What are YOU PASSIONATE about?

Now I have to share with you things that I adore that are PINK! I have to say pink is my favorite color so this wasn't a hard decision! In fact too many to choose from so I will highlight a few each day from my FAVS! Today's favs are all vintage nostalgia from the 70's & 80's!

My Fab PINK Fav's from growing up would have to be:

-Pink Rollerskates with Pink Glitter Skate Covers - I was soooo into rollerskating - even had the pink lycra suit! LOL!
-Pink Barbie Dream House with that hard plastic pink bed with built-in sheets....LOL
-Pink Long Board Skateboard - yes even tomboys needed their PINK!
-Pink Hello Kitty ANYTHING! Remember the little stickers and pencil erasers! All the rage!
-Pink Bike.....with the long banana seat, pink fringe on the handle bars - and the playing card held in the spokes to make noise - lots of noise!
